DMCA Policy

  1. Introduction

Zeejb respects the intellectual property rights of others. Per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), Zeejb will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to Zeejb’s Copyright Agent as described below.

  1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

To submit a notice of copyright infringement, please provide the following information to Zeejb’s Copyright Agent:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Zeejb to locate the material;
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit Zeejb to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address;
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  1. Response to Copyright Infringement Notices

Upon receipt of a notice of copyright infringement, Zeejb will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the allegedly infringing material from the Site. Zeejb may also send a copy of the notice to the alleged infringer.

  1. Repeat Infringers

Zeejb reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
